  • Beginner: 4 sets
  • Intermediate: 6 sets
  • Advanced: 7 sets

  • Kettlebell Weight Used
  • Any Amendments to the workout
  • Number of sets
  • Average heart rate and calories burned (if using a HR Monitor)
