Sick and tired of going to fitness classes or making choices at the gym that don’t seem to give you the results you want? KORE Wellness has some of the most effective Group Fitness classes in Columbia. We want all of our clients to have a very diversified exercise portfolio when it comes to training.

We find that no matter what your goals are, a combination of classes provides the best results for our clients with a reduced risk of injury because all systems are being stimulated in a balanced way. For example: 2 kettlebell classes and a cardio conditioning class.

Kettlebell Fitness Classes: Hands down the most effective strength-training tool around. Kettlebells are not only extremely cardiovascular, but they also build muscle and tone bodies quickly! This training method requires learning technique initially so please be patient with our instructors as it is our goal to make sure you are not only getting fit but staying safe while doing so! Level 11 Strength focus.

Bootcamp Fitness Classes: High intensity interval training that includes a wide variety of cardio, strength, plyometric, bodyweight, TRX, and medicine ball exercises. Level 14 Strength and Cardiovascular focus.

Cardio Conditioning Fitness Classes: This high intensity anaerobic class is everything fitness related that you want to do but wont do on your own. 45 minutes of alternating between intense and moderate exercise will promise to get your heart pumping. Level 14 Cardiovascular focus.

Joint Mobility Fitness Classes: Properly learned, joint mobility can restore complete freedom of motion to the ankles, knees, hips, spine, shoulders, neck, elbows, wrists and fingers. It's especially important to keep the spine supple and free and this 30-minute class helps to do so. Highly recommended for all levels but especially individuals dealing with joint pain. Level 9 Mobility focus.

Primal Move Fitness Classes: An integrated movement system where the goal is to create better movement based on the primal moves we all mastered once as children. The changes are made through purposeful, playful, movements. Level 9 Strength and Mobility focus.

Cardio Boxing Classes: Our Cardio Kickboxing class is an intense 30-minute stress relief session that is guaranteed to get your heart rate up! Learn proper technique for all of the six classic punches, footwork, combos and much, much more.

Primal Strength: A class that blends mobility, body weight movements, and strength to harness the benefits of your most primal fundamental movements.  Have you ever wanted to learn how to do complex body weight movements like single leg squats or single arm push ups?  This class breaks these moves down into the most fundamental basics.

Our group exercise classes have a maximum of 12 people and focus on eliminating the fluff to get down to serious and effective training in an environment that stresses safety and proper technique. Though we are not a CrossFit style gym, our group exercise classes are more strenuous, and we do require that you score above a 14 on your movement screen to be able to participate in these classes. This ensures that you are moving well enough to handle the types of exercises you will see and that you are not at risk of injuring yourself.

We have a wide variety of classes and we recommend you diversify your workout portfolio with flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular endurance training to challenge your body in all ways, not just the ways you like. This whole wellness approach ensures that you stay healthy as you age.
