KORE Wellness Soft Reopening Policies and Schedule

As the Governor is allowing members to come back to the gym we want to ensure the safety of everyone involved.  Please know that it is 100% your choice to decide between online training and live training, we will keep both options open until new cases in the state fall to (and remain) at zero for 2 consecutive weeks.  These are  some of the policies that we will have in place as we begin to reopen at a very reduced capacity.

  

The basics

  • PLEASE do not come to the studio/gym if you are sick or don’t feel well.

  • If you’ve been exposed to COVID-19 please let us know.  

Upon entering the gym

  • The main door will be used as the entrance and first loading door as the exit.

  • Sanitize your hands and have your temperature taken (green light temperature to train)

  • A staff member will be responsible for signing you in for your session instead of you signing yourself in. 

Warm-up

  • We will use the turf for doing the warm up, spread out and work across the gym for your warm up from the parking lot side towards the black mats.

  • Semi Private training clients will use the first set of mats to do their foam rolling and stretching

  • We ask for your help in sanitizing using the designated spray bottles and rags before you switch to the next set of exercises / equipment.

Workout

  • Your workout area will be designated by a trainer with the goal of keeping to a 10x10 space for your workout.  

  • No shared equipment will be used for your workout.

  • Bring your water bottles with you, refill using the touchless function of the water fountain only.

  • We ask for your help in sanitizing with the  spray bottles and rags before you switch equipment.

Cool down

  • We will use the back mats near the punching bags to spread out and do cool down stretches, please wipe your band down when you are finished.

Leaving the gym

  •  To avoid bottleneck at the entry, please use first loading door as the exit.

  • Once you’re done with your class or appointment, please leave the studio/gym so our staff can clean for the next class.

Monday: 

  • (Live):  5:30am, 8:30am, 6:00 pm

  • (Zoom): 6:00am, 8:30am, 5:30pm 

Wednesday: 

  • (Live):  5:30am(6?), 8:30am, 6:00 pm

  • (Zoom): 6:00am, 8:30am, 5:30pm 

Friday 

  • (Live):  5:30am(6?), 8:30am

(Zoom): 6:00am, 8:30am

Schedule for Rocksteady Classes (Max 5 people per class)

Tuesday: 

  • (Zoom): 11:00 AM

Wednesday: 

  • (Live):  11:00 AM

  • (Zoom): 11:00 AM

Schedule for SPT (Max 2 people per time slot, sign up ahead of time)
