Cardio circuit Today you will be doing: Two handed swings Cleans (each hand) Hand to Hand Swings Beginner: 1 med bell, work down from 10 reps of each to 1 rep of each Intermediate: 1 medium bell / 1 heavy bell, work down from 10 to 5 reps with the medium then switch to the heavy bell Advanced: A variety of bells starting with medium weight, work down from 10 reps to 1 rep of each progressively increasing the weight of the bell at the number of reps decrease.
