Grit is the ability to stick with things over the long term until you master them. Some one who embraces grit approaches a goal as a marathon with the understanding that stamina is essential to achievement.  At KORE Wellness, we are striving to make an impact on how you approach life, not just your cardio-vascular fitness or strength.  That’s why our name has wellness on the end, not fitness.  For our members, grit is a way of life.  We have to roll up our sleeves, get uncomfortable, and find creative solutions when obstacles fall in our path.  Wellness as a lifestyle is about consistent progress towards the goal.  It’s about remembering why you are dragging yourself out of bed on rainy mornings, it’s about grabbing the heavier bell, its about looking up from the valley and finding the will power to put one foot in front of the other.
