For those of you who have risen up to the Take 5 April Challenge, you may be frustrated or struggling to shut your brain off for those five minutes during your mind body scan.  Andy Puddicombe does a wonderful job in this 10 minute Ted talk of explaining the transformative power of doing just nothing. He uses the suggestion of 10 minutes, but baby steps!  You can graduate do that later!
