7-11 minutes (Difficulty - easy to moderate) you will need a chair or bench

Min 3: High knee run or march
Min 4: Rest
Min 5: Sit and Rise from chair
Min 6: Rest
Min 7: High knee run or march
Min 8: Rest
Min 9: Sit and rise from Chair
Min 10: Rest
Min 11: High knee run or march
