Elise Matthews, M.S. Exercise Physiology
Elise started KORE Wellness at the age of 25. Since the beginning, her focus has been on providing an environment to improve the overall quality of life of every individual who walks into KORE Wellness. It is a place where people can be comfortable training no matter what their fitness or movement level.
Certifications: CSCS, RKC II, Advanced FMS, FCA, Rocksteady Boxing, Egoscue, Precision Nutrition and Primal Movement.

Kylie Godley, BS Health and Wellness
Kylie came to KORE Wellness after earning her degree in Health and Wellness from Columbia College where she also represented the Koalas as a member of their Collegiate softball team. Kylie’s passion for health and wellness came after she successfully fought to lose 75 lbs of body fat. Her journey has become a source of passion to help others achieve their own success in building a stronger and healthier body.
Certifications: NASM Functional Coach, FMS, FCS, Precision Nutrition and Rocksteady Boxing.
