This might be the right avenue of training for you if you have some serious injuries/ health concerns OR you are a busy professional in a demanding job who needs extra support to make your health a priority. A trainer works with you one-on-one throughout every session to give you the maximum support, feedback, and coaching every step of the way.
30/60 min sessions starting at $40/session | $280 monthly
Small Group Classes
This might be the right option for you if you’re a self-starter who enjoys the group dynamic, and you move fairly well already or have a history being fit. You want a plan so you don’t have to figure it out on your own, you want a coach to correct issues with your form, and to help you modify exercises to suit your ability.
45 min classes 6 days a week starting at | $80 monthly
Semi-private Training
This might be the right fit for you is you’re struggling with chronic pain and can’t figure out what to do on your own OR you need to shake some things up and know you need more accountability than classes or training on your own to stick with it. A trainer coaches you through your own individual program while also coaching up to 3 other members at the same time.
60 min sessions starting at $20/session | $180 monthly
Rock Steady Boxing
This might be the right avenue if you’ve recently been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease or you’ve had it for a while and are starting to notice a progression of symptoms. You can join a community of Columbia, SC boxers fighting back by using the scientifically proven link between boxing and reclaimed lost strength, increased flexibility, and quicker movements, not to mention empowerment.
