Beginner Level Exercise Snacks

If you want to ease into some exercise snacking, give these a try.

Exercise snack 1:

7-11 minutes (Difficulty - easy to moderate) you will need a chair or bench

  • Min 1: Sit and rise from chair

  • Min 2: Rest 

  • Min 3: High knee run or march 

  • Min 4: Rest

  • Min 5: Sit and Rise from chair 

  • Min 6: Rest

  • Min 7: High knee run or march

  • Min 8: Rest 

  • Min 9: Sit and rise from Chair 

  • Min 10: Rest

  • Min 11: High knee run or march

Exercise snack 2:

  • Min 1: Sumo Touches

  • Min 2: Rest 

  • Min 3: Wall Mountain Climbers

  • Min 4: Rest

  • Min 5: Sumo Touches

  • Min 6: Rest

  • Min 7: Wall Mountain Climbers

  • Min 8: Rest

  • Min 9: Sumo Touches

  • Min 10: Rest

  • Min 11: Wall Mountain Climbers
