Sharpen the saw: physically

Sharpening the saw in the physical category means spending some extra time making sure you are doing the things you need to do that will make improvements in your overall wellness.  Getting in some physical activity, eating foods that have high nutritional value, getting adequate restorative time in sleep and or relaxation.  Regular endurance, strength, and flexibility training, consistently sleeping 7-8 hours, cooking healthy meals, these are all ways you can sharpen your physical saw.  Need some more ideas?  Check out the list below
