We’ve spent the month of February learning strategies to help make our habits stick, whether they are the resolutions you started the year with or a habit that you just haven’t gotten around to adopting, this is your month to do exactly that. We’re inviting you to to our virtual habit challenge for the month of march.

What’s involved:

  • Setting a goal

  • Choosing a habit that will help you achieve that goal

  • Strategically applying the strategies we discussed over the last month to help your habit stick.
