As we discussed last week, your sitting posture can and does translate to a less than desirable standing posture. This week there are two videos, the first to help you learn about how you need to move your body in space to get unstuck from this slouched, pelvis forward posture. The second video is an exercise you can take with you anywhere and do anytime you are standing around and it will not only bring awareness what to a better aligned body position feels like but also will be significant in resetting your subconscious standing posture.
