8 prone s-switch

8/8 Seated happy baby
8/8 Side plank rotations
X 5 min, rest 2 min x 3-4 rounds
Day 2:
5/5 Sprinter Lunges
10/10 High knee finger locked marches
5/5 Single leg assisted squat to chair
10/10 Cossack Lunges
X3-5 rounds
Day 3:
10/10 Reverse bird dogs
15 Hip bridges
15/15 Seated russian twists
10/10 Superman opposites
X 3-5 rounds
