How to make coffee that will allow you to complete 16-24 hours of intermittent fasting with ease.
For coffee that will make intermittent fasting a breeze, follow these steps.
Step 1: In a blender add the following ingredients:
8-12 ounces of good quality freshly brewed coffee
1-2 Tablespoons of grass-fed unsalted butter (I use Kerry Gold)
1-3 Teaspoons of good quality MCT oil (I use Bulletproof Brain Octane)
1-2 Scoops of prebiotic fiber powder (I use Bulletproof Innerfuel and GoBIOTICs)
Optional* stevia or monk fruit sweetener (I use Sweetleaf Organic Monk Fruit or Stevia drops)
Step 2: Put the lid on and blend for 20-30 seconds on high power
Step 3: Use caution removing the lid as contents are hot and pressure has built up and pour your coffee into a mug or over ice for an iced coffee.
