Welcome to Wellness Living

We are so excited to be moving to the Wellness Living platform for our scheduling software, communication, and so much more!

Here’s how you get set up:

What are my next steps?

1. Visit the WellnessLiving Login page and log in with the credentials sent to you via email. Didn’t get the email?

To sign in to WellnessLiving as a client:

  1. Using a supported browser, open the link to Wellness Living - KORE Wellness

    1. Sign in to the Client Web App in one of the following ways:

      • To sign in using your Wellnessliving account:

        1. In the Email Address field, enter the email address associated with your WellnessLiving account.

        2. In the Password field, enter the password for your WellnessLiving account.

        3. Click SIGN IN.

          • If you want the system to auto-fill your email address and password the next time you access the Client Web App, select the Remember me

          • If you forgot your WellnessLiving password, see Resetting a forgotten password.

      • To sign in using a connected Google account, click Sign in with Google and enter the credentials for your Google account.

      • To sign in using a connected Facebook account, click Sign in with Facebook and enter the credentials for your Facebook account.

2. Check your account information to make sure that it matches what you have been doing (we did our best to check but may have missed something!) 

  • To modify your account click on the my profile icon in the upper left hand corner once you have completed the login

  • To the right of your name, you can click on the pencil icon to check to make sure your name, address, birthday, etc is all correct.

  • Scroll to the bottom and click the green Update account button on the right hand side of the screen.

3.  Input your ACH or Credit Card information you would like to use for billing or leave blank if you pay by cash / check.

  • Click on the my profile icon

  • In the submenu, select the billing link

  • Use the blue icons to add either a credit card or ACH account

4. Go to the Apple App store or Google Play store and download the K.O.R.E. Wellness app (we have our own app now!)

5. Start using the app to log in / book appointments / and soon have access to OnDemand content.

6. Reach out to us if you need help with the switch or see something wrong with your account!
