20 minute joint mobility follow along routine that you can do anywhere, anytime

This follow along joint mobility recharge was one of my first exposures to joint mobility almost 20 years ago and it is one that I go back to often .  It's a series by Steve Maxwell that I've adapted to have as my go to for travel and places where I cannot lie down on the floor.  I have used it personally and as a great reset for some of the sports teams I've worked with.
